The 1.CARE Methodology

1. RECRUIT

We recruit FDW directly from countries where we have recruitment offices and training centres such as Myanmar. We only recruit from countries that we are familiar with to ensure we get quality candidates.

2. EVALUATE

Each candidate is then evaluated using methods that are used to evaluate applicants for nursing courses to ensure that we avoid wasting time on candidates who might not be suitable which will in turn affect our customers.

3. TRAIN

Each candidate is then trained by one of our certified nurses using our proprietary courses that had been by our own people who each brought decades of knowledge, expertise and experience to the R&D process.

4. TEST

The candidates are then put through a set of very thorough tests to ensure that they meet our high standards. We have to ensure that candidates pass these tests as we want them to provide a high standard of care.

5. CERTIFY

This is usually the second happiest moment in our work because when we certify a candidate as a competent caregiver, we know that we are giving one more home the eldercare that they need very much.

6. PLACE

This is where we carefully match a 1.Care certified caregiver with a home. The right match brings us the most happiness in our work as that means that we are making a huge, positive impact in the lives of another family.

7. FOLLOW UP

We don’t just leave things alone once we place a caregiver with a home. We have a systematic follow-up to check in on both our customers and caregivers to see if there are areas that might need smoothening out.
